Premier Rx Solutions
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Premier Rx Solutions, LLC (“Premier Rx Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides central fill program support, training, marketing resources, and business tools to independent pharmacies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through premierrxsolutions.com and the Premier Rx Pharmacy Portal (together, the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Our Site is intended for pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and pharmacy staff. It is not intended for patients and is not directed to children under 13.
Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Contact requests. When you complete our Get More Info form, we collect your pharmacy name, contact name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Pharmacy account setup. When you apply for a central fill account, we collect business information about your pharmacy, such as store name, physical and mailing address, phone and fax numbers, the main contact’s name and mobile number, pharmacy license and DEA registration details, portal email address, website and social media addresses, and your pharmacy logo.
- Portal accounts. If you are a partner pharmacy, we keep the login details and account settings for the users connected to your pharmacy, along with the orders, forms, and requests submitted through the portal.
- Store orders. If you buy from our resource store, we collect billing and shipping details and order history. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Scheduling. If you book a call with us, the scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the name, email address, and other details you enter.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and hosting provider record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of visits. We use Jetpack site statistics to understand overall traffic. We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and protect the Site from abuse.
Patient and health information
Please do not send patient names, prescriptions, or other protected health information through our public contact forms. This Privacy Policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Where a partner pharmacy shares protected health information with us or with a dispensing pharmacy as part of a central fill arrangement, that information is handled under the applicable agreements between the parties and under HIPAA and state pharmacy law, not under this policy.
How we use information

- To review applications, set up pharmacy accounts, and provide onboarding and training
- To operate the pharmacy portal and show each pharmacy the programs and resources that apply to it

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Program partners. With the compounding pharmacy, telehealth, and other program partners needed to set up and run the services your pharmacy has enrolled in.
- Service providers. With companies that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, form processing, site statistics, scheduling, and payment processing. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a request from a regulator such as a board of pharmacy, or when needed to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business, subject to this policy.
Cookies and your choices
You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. If you do, parts of the Site, including portal login and the store cart, may not work. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send messages about your account or orders.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we have a business relationship with your pharmacy and for as long afterward as needed for legal, regulatory, tax, and record-keeping purposes. Contact form submissions from pharmacies that do not become partners are kept only as long as reasonably needed to follow up.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and login-restricted access to the portal. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your portal password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep certain records to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Links to other sites
Our Site links to other websites and services, including PeachScripts and Calendly. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
